Women

Do you feel you have the right support as you struggle with menopause?

Perhaps you are just starting to notice symptoms and aren’t sure what’s going on, or maybe you are years in and still have questions or need help.

We support women through all stages of menopause – the earlier the better, so that’s why we talk about peri-menopause too, so that you know what to expect and when.

Being unprepared or unaware are big factors in menopause mis-management – our job is to make sure women and those around them are informed and know how to provide support which will help you to cope better with symptoms and sometimes, a helping hand to get through the day.

It can be debilitating and menopause can take a hold of you in all areas of your life, messing with your head, workplace, relationships and health, but we are here to help and have a range of services that put you in the driving seat, informed, supported and just not alone!

We work with both the woman and those around her – employers, partners, for example, to ensure all is in place. One of the ways we find out what’s needed is by asking women – to hear from them exactly where the gaps are, in menopause help and support.
