What we do

On a personal level and in the workplace, we are the menopause experts. Work can be stressful and cause anxiety but for women going through a seismic hormonal imbalance at this same time, they may feel their only option is to resign. Together, we can change that.

Whether you’re at work or not, menopause can really affect you day-to-day. Brain fog, concentration issues, memory loss, short temper, feeling unwell, hot flushes – none of these allow you to do your job or live your life very well. At work, this can lead to a plummet in confidence, sick leave, a colleague who is just not working as they should or a notice being handed in. All of these have an impact on the team and the business – but most of all, the women.

Women are working later in life so inevitably, menopause will be endured during the working week! If they’re not working, they are likely to have family commitments – and the struggle to carry on each day can be a real challenge.

We are here for the women in the workplace and women at home – to help them to navigate menopause and come out the other side…because you will. Our training is face-to-face across the UK, delivered by our highly trained and knowledgeable Menopause Ambassadors or online, in the comfort of your workplace or home. Each course offers CPD points too.

By understanding menopause, we can support women through it.

Many women don’t tell their work about their menopause. They feel it’s a personal issue and take time off sick, citing other reasons. We will empower you to disclose at work and receive the support you need from your employer.

Women are working later in life – and if menopause causes them to leave, the workplace loses a vast amount of experience. We will help you to stay at work during your menopause and support your employer to give you the help and understanding to keep you productive and happy.

We need the men in our lives – at home and at work to understand menopause. It’s a confusing time for them, but we can give them insight and support.

For the workplace, we can offer men-only or mixed gender training – to ensure everyone is comfortable and confident.
